Guest Liaisons assist our guests by providing information and support services at varying locations throughout the resort. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to; greeting guests, gathering guest demographic information, queue management, and escorting or directing guests to their destination within the resort.

Other responsibilities:

• Demonstrate adherence to the Gunstock Values at all times while working or visiting the resort.
• Model safe work behavior and take appropriate action to address or report unsafe practices or hazards; follow the Skier’s Responsibility Code when skiing/riding at the resort.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external guests and vendors; assist guests with inquiries and the resolution of guest-related concerns or problems.

This is an alternatively paid position. Work for an agreed number of hours in exchange for a Winter Season Pass for yourself or a designated family member, winter seasonal lesson programs, camping stays, or other tickets options including summer adventures and winter lift tickets.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must have superior customer service skills.
• Must be able to work in variable outdoor weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time.
