Gunstock is now accepting applications for Winter Grounds Security evenings.

Under the direction of the Security Team Leader and Grounds Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the daily duties of Gunstock’s security team. Ensure all tasks are conducted in an efficient and safe manner, in compliance with resort guidelines, and in compliance with state/local laws & regulations. As a guest-focused organization, it is the responsibility of all resort employees to create a positive, WOW experience for our guests.

General Accountabilities:

• Perform all aspects of daily operations including, but not limited to regular patrol rounds, lock up, conflict resolution, emergency response plan execution, and safety compliance.
• Ensuring alcohol compliance with laws and regulations on the property.
• Work with outside law enforcement as necessary.
• Provide clear and effective communication to other staff and guests to address safety or conduct issues, notify supervisors of all incidents.
• Operate surveillance systems and perform investigations on lost or stolen property.
• Provide detailed nightly reports via computer and write detailed specific incident reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, federal, and state laws as required.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be able to regularly stand and walk and occasionally lift and/or move 25+lbs
• This position is subject to a post offer background check
