REHIRE: Line Cook -Winter 2024/25

Gunstock Mountain Resort is now taking applications for Line Cooks. A Line Cook's primary responsibility is to run a specific station of the kitchen. Line cooks work under an Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager. The Line Cook will work closely and communicate clearly with a team of cooks to contribute to Gunstock’s operational and financial success by following all culinary standards for sanitation and preparation, to ensure that food product is of the highest quality in taste and appearance, to satisfy guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • High diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary arts training preferred
