Gunstock Mountain Resort is currently accepting applications for Seasonal Tickets Representatives for the upcoming winter season. This front-line position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting with the reservation and purchase of lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rental packages, and Children’s Center programs.

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate outstanding customer service, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests in person and over the phone
• Process resort sales transactions professionally and accurately
• Maintain a balanced and accurate cash drawer
• Utilize point-of-sale systems and resort software with proficiency
• Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and computer skills
• Uphold Gunstock’s core values and promote a safe, welcoming environment
• Assist in resolving guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
• Support a safe workplace by modeling appropriate behavior and reporting hazards

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience and POS system knowledge preferred
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (approximately 80% of shift)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
