Gunstock Mountain Resort is looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our Snowsports Reservations Team for the 2025/2026 winter season. This unique role combines guest service and instructional support. You’ll assist guests with booking lessons and programs, both online and over the phone, and may also step in to teach ski or snowboard lessons when needed—so being a confident skier or rider is a must!

What You’ll Do:

Reservations & Guest Services

• Help guests reserve ski/snowboard lessons and programs through phone, email, and online platforms
• Ask thoughtful questions to match guests with the right lesson level and instructor
• Coordinate with Snowsports School staff to manage class sizes and special requests
• Process transactions using our point-of-sale system, issue tickets and receipts, and handle credits when needed
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments quickly and professionally

Snowsports Instruction (as needed)

• Use PSIA/AASI teaching methods to create a fun, safe, and educational experience for students
• Greet students warmly and ensure they’re placed in the correct lesson group
• Assist with equipment transport and teach proper lift procedures
• Adapt instruction to meet the needs of each student’s ability level

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Intermediate to advanced POS system experience preferred
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Must pass a NH Criminal Background Check
• Confident skiing or snowboarding ability required
