Gunstock Mountain Resort is looking for energetic and welcoming individuals to join our team as Basket Room Attendants for the upcoming winter season. This guest-facing role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment that can shift quickly depending on the day. As a Basket Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for safely storing guests’ personal belongings and assisting with lost and found items—all while providing friendly, helpful service that enhances the guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests and securely store their belongings in labeled baskets
• Keep the basket room organized and ensure items are stored neatly
• Maintain and log lost and found inventory; follow up on found items to help reunite them with their owners
• Collect guest information and signatures when returning lost items
• Stay informed about resort conditions—open trails, lift status, weather forecasts—and share updates with guests when asked

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, welcoming personality with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working indoors and occasionally outdoors
• Must be at least 16 years of age and able to move baskets and/or bags regularly weighing up to 10 lbs. and position them on shelving up to 5 feet high. Frequently move up to 25 pounds and occasionally move up to 50 pounds.
