Join our team as a Rental Shop Associate and help guests gear up for their mountain adventures! In this hands-on role, you’ll assist guests with fitting and issuing ski and snowboard equipment, while providing friendly, knowledgeable service that makes their day on the slopes smooth and memorable.

What You’ll Do:

• Fit and issue rental ski and snowboard boots, poles, helmets, and snowboards
• Explain rental agreements clearly and professionally
• Keep the rental area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Provide resort information to guests and help resolve guest concerns in an efficient and hospitable manner
• Maintain a safe work environment and conduct equipment checks

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service or rental experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to crouch, lift up to 25 lbs, and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a moderately noisy and occasionally chilly environment
• Must be at least 14 years of age
• A passion for skiing or snowboarding is a bonus!
