Ticket Representatives assist summer Adventure Park guests with the reservation and purchase of ZipTour, Aerial Treetop, Scenic Lift, and Mountain Coaster tours and packages. This position requires exceptional guest service and teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong telephone etiquette and computer skills are required. Applicant must be able to complete resort sales transactions in a friendly and professional manner in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer.

Other requirements:

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior guest service skills and POS experience preferred
• Ability to stand over short periods of time
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills necessary
