Gunstock Mountain Resort is currently accepting applications for Nordic Sales Associate for the upcoming winter season. This front-line position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting with the reservation and purchase of tickets, retail, lessons, rental packages. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate outstanding customer service, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests in person and over the phone
• Process resort sales transactions professionally and accurately
• Utilize point-of-sale systems and resort software with proficiency
• Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and computer skills
• Uphold Gunstock’s core values and promote a safe, welcoming environment
• Assist in resolving guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
• Support a safe workplace by modeling appropriate behavior and reporting hazards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience and POS system knowledge preferred
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (approximately 80% of shift)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
