Under the direction of the Grounds Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the daily operation and supervision of Gunstock’s security team. In the absence of the Grounds Manager, this position acts as the supervisor-on-duty. This is a working supervisor role and will be doing security rounds as well as other duties required of security personnel when needed. This will be approximately 32 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safety and security of all resort facilities and campground.
• Respond rapidly to late night disturbances, such as noise complaints and alcohol-related incidents, and document all guest incidents when necessary.
• Conduct nightly patrols throughout the campground and interact with all guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Ensure all guests uphold resort rules and procedures and contact emergency services as needed.
• Provide assistance with the scheduling and coordination of personnel to maintain appropriate guest service levels; monitor attendance and scheduling issues.
• Provide clear and direct coaching to employees to address guest service, safety, performance, attendance, appearance or conduct issues; notify the Grounds Manager when corrective action may be needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of time, be able to move about the facility on a regular basis and occassionally move up to 25lbs
• This position is subject to a post offer background check
• Must be able to work outside in variable outdoor weather.
