Gunstock is now hiring for Race Time Keepers for the winter season. Position is responsible for keeping time for ski racing activities at Gunstock which involves registering guests, logging into the computer vital information, recording times and making announcements at some races.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with Corporate Race program annual Captains Meeting
• Assists with Corporate Race program team registration and bib distribution.
• As part of registration process collects team race fees.
• Data entry for race activities.
• Set up and management of timing software, team records, individual scoring, and cumulative scoring.
• Manages timing system for all race activities including High School, Middle School, Private School, College, and Corporate programs.
• Announces on the PA system racers timing.
• Calculates the final results of the race and posts race results

Education and Experience:

High school diploma and 3-5 years computer work experience. Experience as a ski racer strongly preferred. Experience completing data entry in a fast paced environment.
